Customer review – Thame Senior Friendship Centre
Describe how hamsterlips helped you and the work undertaken
Hamsterlips helped our organisation through the various stages of rebranding and marketing in order to change our charity name. They helped at every stage of the changes required in the following ways:
- The team provided a number of options of a new name and ultimately came up with the new name
- Created the new logo for the Thame Senior Friendship Centre. The new logo reflects the Thame town badge and is now a charity for the 21st Century
- Worked with local photographer to supply new photos
- New leaflets – text and design
- Creation/completion of new website text and application readability best practice for pages
- Included completion of text, image sizing, contact form and editable PDF forms for membership and volunteers
- Creation of branded word and letter templates with custom built styles
- Testing on mobile, tablet and desktop computers
- Creation of advert for placement in Cricket Club Fixtures List
- Creation of reusable A4 promotional posters
What did you find most helpful or enjoyable about working with hamsterlips?
They were extremely helpful as a considerable amount of work was completed during lockdown during Covid-19 so most was done via e-mails and phone calls.
Communication was excellent and everything was completed on time. They liaised, involved and engaged with all members of staff, volunteers and trustees to get an excellent product which is up to date, reflecting what the charity actually does within the community. A good experience all round.
What would you say to other people about hamsterlips?
Excellent company who dealt with issues effectively and efficiently and would have no hesitation in recommending them to other organisations.
Is there any other feedback you’d like to share?
This was a much easier process than imagined due to technical expertise of the company and the help they provided along the way.
