Self-discover using The Myers-Briggs Type IndicatorĀ®

Stressed? We help business owners feel on top of the world and confident about their role as the leader of a business.

We help business owners understand their own personality and strengths and how they might differ from those around them. We then help build confidence in tackling communication, leadership and decision making challenges. By helping you understand your own unique strengths and building confidence in your people management, we can help you take control and feel good about where you’re heading.

All personality types have strengths and knowing how they can work effectively together is key to creating a happy, harmonious and productive working environment.

Work to your strengths and help others to do the same.

An initial Myers-Briggs Type Indicator feedback session with a qualified practitioner helps you to:

  • Understand your unique personality so you feel more confident in your leadership, decision making and communication
  • Feel a sigh of relief because you have someone you can pick up the phone and confidentially share your challenges with – someone that really understands you and also runs their own business
  • Create personal coping strategies for managing your stress and avoiding burn-out

FIRO (Fundamental Interpersonal Relationship Orientation)

FIRO helps you to understanding your needs in a social and work environment when it comes to connection with people and inclusion in situations involving people.

Not having fundamental relationship needs met can cause individual stress and relationship frictions. Our practitioners can help you understand what your fundamental needs are and how to improve relationships in all areas of your life.

We’ll help you explore your needs and behaviour expressions in relation to breadth and depth of connections needed with people as well as inclusion. These needs vary from person-to-person and what you need vs how you treat other people may lead to confusion by other people and problems in working and personal relationships.

Find out about your needs through a session with one of our qualified practitioners.
