Hi. We’re hamsterlips.

Hamsterlips began life as a playful idea — a reminder that even in serious work, there’s always room for creativity and lightness. After a career in corporate, Laura set up Hamsterlips in 2019 as a marketing consultancy. Over time, Hamsterlips has grown into something deeper: a place where wellbeing practitioners and seekers can find the support they need to share their gifts with the world.

In parallel to providing marketing support to small businesses, Laura was also working in the wellbeing space and founded Thame Wellbeing – held space for healing, hosted circles and Reiki attunement days, regular circles and more. Thame Wellbeing combines healing for mind, body, and soul. Laura understands both the spiritual and the practical sides of running a practice.

Hamsterlips then started to move in the direction that matched the other aspects of Laura’s life.

Hamsterlips now helps holistic and wellbeing practitioners feel confident, aligned, and supported — whether that’s through:

• Creating Reiki manuals and mentoring new teachers

• Building confidence and clarity around marketing

• Offering Reiki attunements and spiritual guidance

• Supporting intuitive and personal development

• Holding circles and retreats for community and connection
